I have customized the Issue list a lot to handle a number of workflow issues
and change control in our area, but I really want to get rid or hide the "add
related issue" field.  However, there is no way to do that that is apparent
to me.

Anyone got some advise on how to get rid of it or hide it?

Thanks, in advance.

There is a check box near the bottom of the Properties dialog box for the repeating control that determines whether that text is shown.
