Hi guys,

I developed a InfoPath form that directly connects to Access database and
allow user multiple submit as email message. When the user filled the form
and sumbited, all messages related email are popped up one by one and allowed
the user change everything such as address, subject, introduction and view
attachment. It is not safe and what every developer wants. How can I get rid
of the pop up email messages?

Any reply is appreciated.

Thanks

As far as I am aware you can't.

Requiring a user to agree to send an email message in their name seems
a reasonable security precaution.

How would you feel if a developer could create and send an email
message in your name without your agreement?

In some settings it could have legal implications too, I guess.

Hello Andrew,

I understand the legal/moral issues of sending the e-mail from someone
else’s e-mail address. Although, the ability to change the From: field would
be a great benefit. I created a form where it is used to send coding
correction mistakes to employee's. We don't want the employee to go back to
the Quality Audit rep that sent the e-mail so we have a general account that
we would like to it send from. Given the security measures offered by
Outlook, unless you have permission to, you couldn't send the e-mail on
behalf of the general account if you were not given the appropriate access
privileges to that account...

Do you know if possible the next version of InfoPath may have this ability?
Or if there might be someone who would know for certain that this either is
or is not possible?

Thanks!
