You need to store the XSN form sent locally on your system and then open it in design mode. Now try opening the XML forms. It should
open.

When you try to open XML forms it searches for the schema (XSN file), if this file is not found then it throws the error.

A FRIEND HAS GIVEN  ME SOME TEMPLATES AND FORMS. XML AND XSN BUT CANT OPEN
