Problem With InfoPath

I have computer that has windows 2000 and when I try to open the form this is
the
message it shows:

Hi,

Doesn't sound like an InfoPath issue.  Are you an admin on that machine?  
Are you trying to open a form in a local folder or somewhere on the network?
