Form Problem

We have a form designed in Infopath 2003.  When we access the Infopath form
over the web we are always prompted by the webserver for a username and
password.  I am assuming this is the local machines Infopath making network
connections to the webserver (Webserver is not part of users domain) that is
causing this but I am not sure.  I want users to use the form without being
prompted for a username and password.  If you don't put in the username and
password it goes right by and the form opens up.  The permissions on the form
are setup so that anyone has rights to the form.
Any help with this would be great.
