Form with Multiple Approvals

I would like to create a purchasing requisition form that requires
multiple approvals before it can be processed.   For example, once a
form is completed, the following approval flow would have to be
completed before it can be processed...

1.  Immediate Supervisor
2.  Purchasing Manager
3.  Financial Director

How can multiple approvals be designed into the form?  I would like to
post the form onto Sharepoint Team Services and have the data housed
there as well so the initiator of the form can see the approval status
and details.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.

Hi,

You can have multiple Submit on your form:

Or you can use a workflow product:
