I've been trying lately to create and access infopath files using an
external C# program (Or VB.Net or VB 6) but with no success. can
someone please give me an example of lets say... create a new form

Again,

http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/odc_ip2003_tr/h
tml/odc_INF_Lab_16.asp

This show how to create a form in JScript.

BTW, if you are using SP1 (required for Automation as I recently found out
;-)) you should also check the myXSD schema reference,  I had to change that
to: ..../myXSD/2004-07-08T07:42:01
