I designed forms using times new roman. When users open form the fonts change
to veranda. Why are the fonts changing form cpu to cpu. I belive the fonts
should stay the same but I am unable figure why they change to veranda on
other computers.

Have those users changed any of the operating system's accessibility features? Did they delete the Times New Roman font?

What percentage of boxes does the font change occur on? Are you sure you are using the default Times New Roman and not a substitute font that the other boxes don't have installed?
