I would like to enter one item of data (telephone number) and then have
infopath automatically complete the rest of the form using data from access.
The telephone number is also stored in access.

Thanks

Hi Jas,

You can create a data connection to your Access database and then use rules
on the telephone number field combined with filters on the data source to
fill the other fields on the form according to what is typed in the telephone
number field.
