Access Data Connection

I have an Access Data Connection to my Infopath Form.  In the Database I am
needing a Start Time and an End Time  (Formatted in Access as DataType:
'Date/Time' and Format as 'Short Time')

When I enter my time in Infopath is shows an error.  Does anyone know what
format or data entry format I should be using to allow the connection to
work?
On my Infopath form for the time field properties it is showing:
Name: HoursStart
Type: Field (attribute)
Data type: optional_dateTime.notz

I am guessing it is the Data Type.  But I can't change it due to the locks
from the access database connection.

Any suggestions???
Thanks

ps
Infopath has some real date and time issues.  I hope they clear these up.
