I get a gray screen when I do a print priview of a form, and the form does
not print on any of our printers. I tried upgrading to SP1 but the same
problem continues.

What type of printer(s) are you using?
Are you using a directly connected printer on going through your network?

Is there a defined Print View?

Does this work with any InfoPath form (ie; very simple form with just 1 text
box)?
