submitting to a database

I have created a new form in InfoPath. I have based it on a database using a
new data connection. however, when i try to install the "Submit"
functionality, the "Database" option is not available. how do i get the
"Database" option to show for the Submit function?

I guess you already got ans for this one; but for the records "its disabled
as your database is having one or more larg data types like ntext"
