I have a large Lotus Notes database with 6,000+ completed forms. I would
like to automatically convert this data into InfoPath forms. I am able to
extract the forms from LN into a RTF files and I am able to design the
InfoPath form templates. I am looking for a programmatic way to convert the
RTF data into InfoPath XML files and then post them on a sharepoint server..
What is the best approach and software to do this?

look at www.casahl.com and www.proposion.com. These companies work on Notes
to sharepoint migration. You might also have a look at
http://advisor.com/blog/GaryDev.nsf and http://www.msdomino.net/
Notes RTF is a very difficult format to migrate. Converting Notes forms to
RTF wouldn't be my first choice.
