User roles based on Sharepoint logged user

Im triyng to apply user roles to change views on a form, but that works
directly with AD, wich its no good for me, there is a way to assign user
roles based on the sharepoint userlogin?

I start just like you , but later I put all information in sections. This
sections are role based. My little "workflow" (in Sharepoint) have no
problems in 3 weeks (yet)
