Help!!!

I have opened an InfoPath form in Sharepoint and the form crashed on my
computer .
Now I can't seem to be able to open it again because sharepoint think I
the form is opened already and gives me the following error:
"This form cannot be filled out, either because you do not have
adequate permissions, another user has the form open, or the form is
open in another program"
Do you want to open a read only version of this form?"

Is there any way to tell sharepoint to check in the form?

When a form is opened in SP it gets locked. If a crash occurs, the lock is not released. But there is a default timeout built into SharePoint at which point it will assume something bad happened and automatically release the file. I don't recall for sure, but I think the timeout is around 3 minutes (might be longer).
