In the design view of a form, I can click on a control so that it is seleted,
and then change the font color and the font size, however, when I preview
what the form will look like in print view, the font size is different.

In the desing view if I select the control that this happens to and then hit
the left arrow key so that my cursor is to the left of the control, I can see
that the cursor is a larger size that it should be, but I can not change it's
font size.  I've tried selecting the entire table and appling a common font
to it and all controls within it, but that doesnt' fix it.

Hello Anne,
Please follow these steps to change the color and font of the all
the text boxes at a time:
1. Right click on the “Text box”.
2. In the Menu click on “Apply Font to All Text Box Controls”.
3. Now select the desired font, font size and font color from the Menu at
the top.
4. Preview the form, Type the data.
5. Click on Print preview.

Where as for other controls you have to select that control and set
the font, font size and font color from the Menu at the top.

Hope this Helps!
