where can I get a copy of my start up disks

I lost my windows xp cd's in a move - can I download a copy?

If your CDs came bundled with your computer, you will need to contact the company you bought your computer from. If you purchased retail, you will probably need to contact Microsoft directly. Windows XP is not legally available for download.
