Converting handwriting to text

I want to design a form which will allow a user to enter information using a
tablet pc & their digitizer pen, in handwriting, and then convert the
handwriting to text.  Can this be done with InfoPath?  If yes, how?

Infopath natively accepts ink entry when run on XP tablet edition.
