Add to the list of Data Entry Patterns for data validation express

I'd like to add to the list of "Standard Patterns" available to the data
validation when I specify the "does not match pattern" option.

Ideally, I'd like the error alert type, screentip and message to be saved as
a default.  

This is especially usefull when dealing with multiple fields of the same
type...

I suppose I could just do it in managed code...
What about in the schema?

But this would really be a good util.
