.html converter

Could you please supply aconverter that allows InfoPath form templates as
.html and .mhtml? This would be usful to keep the rules and deliver the
template to people without InfoPath.

You can do using an aspx page.  You use the XML control with an xsl
transform.  You extract the xsl from the form and use that as the transform.  
This does _not_ allow users to fill in a form via a browser though.  You can
also use Form/Export tosave the file as an mht, agina read-only.
