I can no lnger open any InfoPath form. I get this error:
InfoPath cannot create a new, blank form.

When I look at the details of the error, I see:

Form template:
file:///C:\Documents%20and%20Settings\woolfmd.NOA\Desktop\CD%20for%20Training\InfoPath\Lab%201\Lab1Template.xsn
InfoPath cannot open the selected form. There was an error while loading the
XML Schema for the form.
Access is denied.
I have repaired MS Office, uninstalled and reinstalled InfoPath, and
reinstalled MS Office with no success. Any ideas?

There are a couple of other things to try
1: Have you tried opening one of the standard templates that comes with
InfoPath? e.g. when you open infopath SP1 you will get a dialog that contains
a list of standard forms. try to open one of these forms first.
2: Are the forms your attempting to open read only?
3: Have you modified the files within the .xsn at all ?
4: Are you attempting to open the form from the XSN directly or are you
attempting to open the form from an xml file?

answering these should help to trouble shoot your problem a little more
effectivly

Cheers
Ben

I cannot open any form, including the standard templates. They are not read
only.

I can open them in design view, but can't open a blank form to fill out.

FYI - I reinstalled IE SP1 and the problem is gone.
