Is there any option to keep some lines together (just like in word) when
printing a form?

Hi,
The answer is no!
The only things that you can made for have a good print view is make a
wordML transformation (you need to have office 2003) or generate a PDF
with FOP (for example) in XSL-FO. You can also make a RTF file with
XSL-FO but I don't how that go!
