i am designing a from to pull values from a database and populate numerous
drop down boxes.  then i add an expression field to multiply one of the
values in one drop down box by the value in another drop down box.  it works
when a value is first selected, but then does not change if another value is
selected.  what is the setting for the expression to change everytime the
selected value changes?

Create a rule on both drop-down list boxes that will do the calculation and
set the value of the expression field.

Please take notice of the last line that says: "Note  The information in
this topic may not apply if you are working with a form designed using
Microsoft Office InfoPath 2003 without the service pack installed."
