Hi,
I am developing an application using InfoPath 12, where an approval process
is involved. What I am planning to do is as follows.
1. There is a request form with 3 views. (2 for normal user and 1 especially
for approver with approve/reject button)
2. Approvers view will be hidden from other users.
3. I have deployed these forms in SharePoint Site

The problem is whenever I open these web based forms all the views get
accessible through the View Dropdown at the top.
Can anyone suggest me how can I prevent user from accessing the approver
form.

Regards,
Mangesh

Hi Mangesh,
Follow these steps

1.    Open Form in Design view.
2.    Select “views” in the design tasks.
3.    Double click on the view which you want to hide.
4.    In the View properties dialogues box select general tab.
5.    Uncheck “Show on the view menu when filling out the form” check box.

Now you preview the form and check that the view is not shown in view option.
