Hi,
I have 2 groups of users - one group has Infopath the other doesn't. Both
groups need to submit vacation requests and the powers that be want all of
the data to be stored in one place. So, I create an InfoPath request form
publish it on WSS and then I create a custom list on WSS but how do I get
both the form and the list to save there data on the same place?

Depends where you want your master data source.
I would publish the info from the form to a database and info from the
Sharepoint site to a database, job done.
