I have a form set up in Infopath that feeds into a WSS Forms Library.  I
recently added a field to the form, but for some reason it is not showing up
in Sharepoint.

Basically, I added a Status field, which contains "Unassigned, Pending, In
Progress, Completed, Cancelled."

I've tried creating  the same field in sharepoint, but the data is not
feeding over.  All the other fields are working, though.

Any suggestions?

Ok,

first you need to open your form in Designe mode and then go to File
,Publish ,and then Publish your form again.
During publish process you will be asked which fields you want to have
in your share point list. Using Add chose wanted fileds and this is it
