When I go to the Microsoft online templates find a template and hit the down
load button the template doesn't appear in any of my file folders.  Where can
I find it?

It should pop up a box asking if you want to open or save the template
first, if you don't see that it won't download.

If you do not see this go to the site click download and look for a an extra
gold toolbar popping up at the top of the screen, if you do not interact with
this bar the download will not start.  It is Microsoft's validation tool.

Next time you download, have a look and you should be sorted.

Cheers Adam
