I need to know where the information on a filled out form goes to. Dose the filled out form get sent back to the person who created it? Where dose this form go? Hello, The Information on a filled out form will be saved in xml. This xml can be saved or submitted to share point site or sent through mail or submit to DB. Hope this helps!
