Heres what, in my company we need to do call reports for specific customers.
I have Business contact manager, I have all my customers in there I would
like to utilize the program instead of typing a call report on word I would
like to use my template in Outlook in the space for notes in the appointment
function. The whole point is to be able to send it into the office where
people can view and print it. I bought Info path thinking I could do this
quickly DID NOT WORK..major frustration...HELP

Dear EGA,

I've connected infopath to Outlook via VSTO code, which builds an IP form.
This required a bit of code.

You may also be able to connect to the BCM database to get this data, though
I'm not up on that.  Check msdn for any SDK's availalble for BCM.
