Hi,

When I try to open infopath from a website I get the error that I need to
load service pack 1. I have loaded this service pack but it still gives me
the error.

The full error seen is:
To use this form template, you must update your version of Microsoft Office
Infopath by installing Service Pack 1 or a more recent Service Pack. Do you
want to install now?

Could someone help me with this issue?
Thanks

Hey JM,
This is strange especially considering you have installed SP1, I would
suggest the following
1: Click on Help>About (you should be able to see that SP1 has been
installed if you don't see SP1 here then attempt to reinstall the service
pack from the microsoft website)
2: If SP1 is installed then perhaps try moving up to SP2

Hope this helps

Cheers
Ben Walters
