I have a InfoPath form loaded with data and wish to access the File / Save As
so I can control the XML form and it's content and take a look.
I can not get the File / Save As to be enabled ?
TIA

If you are the form's creator/maintainer, you can enable Save As by opening
the form in design mode and doing the following:

Tools > Form Options > Open and Save tab > check on the box for Save and
Save as.

If you are a user, you'll have to contact the form's owner.  Chances are
they have this option intentionally disabled.

Dave, I tried that, and it does not seem to work.
I have a drop down, and about 4 list boxes with multiple values...
Not sure why it does not work..

Hi,
After making the changes in tools menu, Publish the form to Shared or Share
point folder. Then open the form Save and save as option is enabled in the
File menu.
Previewing the form doesn’t have “Save and Save as” option.

Hope this will help you.
