Can you pass command line arguments to a .XSN?

Can an infopath form access command line arguments? I want to pass a record
id and have the form populate itself by querying a web service with that
record id.

Currently no. This will be a feature of InfoPath 2007 though.
There have been several approaches of how to simulate this discussed previously in the newsgroups.
