Setup Digital Signatures?

I'm interested in using InfoPath to publish web based forms, but we have to
have a way for users to digitally sign the forms. These forms would only be
used for internal staff. What is the best way to setup digital signatures if
we have Windows 2003 servers? How would users working from home request a
certificate?

Is it not possible to use a third-party company for digital signatures on
InfoPath?
