Script don't apply

I wrote a script onMergeRequest Event, and it doesn't apply. I've read about
a need to set useScriptHandler attribute to yes. So I can't understand where
I should to change it? If my form is published into WSS site?

It must be set in the XSF. You can do this in InfoPath's form options, or by
entering the correct bits in the XSF file yourself. Script in a JS file (or
VB/C#) isn't called unless its referenced in the XSF.
