USERS REQUIRES LOCAL OR DOMAIN ADMIN RIGHTS TO RUN OUTLOOK

Server: SBS 2003 Sp1
Exchange: 2003
Outlook 2003

I added my computers to my new domain and none of my current users can run
Ms outlook unless I made the user a local or domain administrator. What
security level does outlook require? or is it a case of group policy. All was
fine when Pcs were in old domain. error message says 'Cannot start microsoft
office outlook'
