Is there a way to disable the Extract Form Files option in my form?  If a
user copies the form's .xsn file and opens it in Design mode, they could do
this and then be able to find out what username and password is being used to
connect to my databases.

I know how to remove it as a menu item, but it looks like the user could
also add it back.  Any help provided is greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

There is no solid way to protect a form template like you want.
