There have been times when I have lost conditional formatting for a
field in the IDE.  It usually happens when I have multiple statements.
It manifests itself in many ways.

Sometimes the conditional formatting still works event though you do
not see it in the IDE and sometimes I receive a form error.  After the
statements disappear I have added one back and the second one
reappears.  Really strange stuff.

Anyone else experience this?  Any answers?
