I am very new to Infopath, but after I created several forms - and was able
to open them fine several days ago - I now cannot open them. The error
message I receive is:

InfoPath cannot create a new, blank form.
InfoPath cannot open the form. To fix this problem, contact your system
administrator.

Because I can't open the form, I can't change it's security level at the
Form Design level. The file won't open at all. If anyone has some ideas on
this, I would be very very gratefull. Thanks.
