Here is my question. I would like to create forms for the sharepoint site HR
that can be accessed by the users.  I have infopath installed on my pc. Do I
need to install infopath on all pc's in my organization for users to be able
to access these forms?

thanks

Yes, the PCs should have infopath installed on them.  Infopath comes
with Office Professional.

Welcome to infopath!! -

Hi,

In Infopath 2003 you can use downlevel view to show the forms to all the
users in a browser without Infopath installed on all machines , However they
cannot edit the forms in downlevel view only can view the data

But in Office 2007, a new feature is introduced like there is no need for
infopath to be installed. The forms can be viewed and filled out on a browser.
