I am new to infopath and am creating a form for tracking cash-in for a
casino.  The form has about 100 seperate fields.  Do I have to format each
one seperately.  When I pick multiple fields it only gives me an option to
change the size of the field.

You can partially do this:

1. Format a single field.
2. Right-click that field, and then choose Apply Font To All {CONTROL_TYPE} Controls

This won't likely give you everything you need. Beyond that, yes -- control-by-control.
