Is there anyway for me to get the height and width of a text box that is on a
particular view of the InfoPath form?

Not directly. You can probably doing it by loading the view .xsl file in code, and then traversing it to locate the particular text box, then evaluate it's style attribute... but this might be more work than its worth.
