Here is the info obtained from MS site - how do I set this up?

E-mail submission  You can design a form so that users can click Submit on
the File menu to send their completed form as an attachment in an e-mail
message. The e-mail addresses, subject line, and file name of the attachment
can all be predefined—either with static values or values based on entries in
the form.
