I have a user that is getting this error message everytime he tries to submit
an InfoPath form.  This form is linked to a form library in SharePoint and
uses a webservice to pull his user information from AD.  Other users are able
to submit the form without fail.  The error message is:

"InfoPath cannot submit the form.  An error occured while the form was being
sumbitted.  The SOAP message cannot be parsed.

Any ideas what is causing this?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hey Rhonda
Are you using InfPath 2003 or 2007?

Cheers

2003 but we figured out the problem.  The user had recently changed his
password and once he forced IE to delete cached credentials, it worked fine
for him.

Thanks,

Rhonda
