I was sent a beta add-on for Outlook 2003 to add maps to my e-mail. I will
not onstall on the computer evan after downloading windoows installer 3.1(?)
and installing it I tried 3 times to install the program. I would go to the
end of the istallation and give me a error and then uninstall.

I installed that thing, can't find out where the features are, can't
uninstall it and everytime I close Outlook and reopen I get a "The
Operation Failed" error.
