Hi,

If a user open and save an InfoPath form from Share point portal server
the .xml file is saved in his local system.  It is possible to open the form
even if network is not available to reference the template in share point
portal server.
I have deleted the History of internet explorer; even then it is possible to
open the form. Where does the form refer the template?
Please help!

When you first launch InfoPath, a Fill Out A Form dialog box appears, it is here you can remove form templates from the cache. In the right-hand pane of that dialog box there is a Remove This Form task.
