I would like to know how to automatic show  a current date in a form. Thank
you in advance.

Create a date field, and insert a date picker control linked to that field
into your form.  Then right click on the control, select "date picker
properties", then click the fx button next to the default value field.
Select the "today" function, click ok twice.

Directly to the right of the default value field is a little button.  That is
the "insert formula" button, and is marked by "fx".
