Insufficient Security Privilege

A user placed a template and other Infopath forms on a file server.
Everything was working fine until the file server was replaced with a new
one.  The user's folder was moved to the new server and now he gets this
error when he opens the form:

Insufficient Security Privilege
This form cannot be opened because it requests domain security level and is
only allowed restricted security level.  Based on the information in the
form, the file should be located at
file:///\\server\folder\user123\template1.xsn in order to open with the
correct security level.

The older server has already been retired so there is no going back to it.  \

How do we fix this problem?

Thanks for the help.

If you still have the form template, then you can modify the existing forms
to point to the template on the new server (through a manual edit as directed
in the blog post).

I tried a manual edit but it didn't work.  My solution was to use another
computer and rename it to the old server's name.  Then setup the share and
folder structure.  Everything worked after that.  The user now has the
ability to publish the forms to the new server.
