I have a user that just created a new form and is sending it out via email to all her folks however when you try to pull up the document you get an error indicating "InfoPath cannot create a new blank form. Infopath cannot open the form" the form is .xsn and we are using office 2k3 sp2 I think everybody needs more information then this. Usually there is a button at the right hand side of the error message which when pressed shows you more information why the form can't be opened. Try giving your form Full Trust by either registering it on the local machine using regform.exe (http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/ipsdk/html/ipsd kUsingTheFormRegistrationTool_HV01073334.asp) or signing it with a digital certificate.
