Infopath and sharepoint

Hi.

I created a form that will go on a Sharepoint site.  My form has code
associated with in written in C#.  That code access a .dll file.  My
question is does that file needs to be on the sharepoint site in the
same folder as the form?

If you publish your InfoPath form directly from Visual Studio it should
package up your referenced (assuming its referenced) assembly (.dll)
and add it to SharePoint document library you select or create a new
one with the wizard.
