MS Office Forum / General MS InfoPath Questions / November 2006Summarising Infoparh Forms libraries
I am building Teamsites with WSS for our salesteams. The accountmanagers make calculations with an Infopath form and each of them submits the results to their own forms library. Under each Teamsite there are app. 8 forms libraries, all managed by their own account manager. The Team leader now wants a summary of the calculations of all 8 different form libraries in an overview on the main Teampage. Does anyone have a suggestion how to accomplish this if it is even possible? This would be easy if all of the managers just submitted their form to the same library. there is a default view so that they would only see their own forms and you could easily use the built in Merge feature but this only works at the Library level, merging across the multiple libraries will requires some custom coding. >I am building Teamsites with WSS for our salesteams.
